Comments from our Collectors . . .

"Greg Kelsey's work is breathtaking in details.  He is one of the best of the current crop of artists.  He captures the spirit of the west in the timeless tradition of Russell and Remington.  I truly feel he will leave a huge footprint on the art world."
- Cody Eastman

"We have been enjoying Greg's sculptures in our home for over six years.  Everyday we look at the pieces that we have.  Whether the piece is big or small we often wonder why, on a certain day, a particular bronze says "stop, look, and linger longer".  We think it must be that something special from Greg's heart that he puts in each of his sculptors.  Whatever it is, we keep seeing more."

"Early In the winter of 2001 my wife Laura and I had the pleasure of meeting Greg  in Park City   Utah while strolling  through the local art studio’s.   It was love and admiration at  first sight. We had the chance to watch Greg work on our first piece, “ Get off my Back", while in its early clay stages.  Greg’s passion  for the West was  overwhelming !  His attention to details, such as the exact tilt of the Bronc Riders Cowboy hat and stirrups were so authentic, we knew we were watching someone very special at their craft.  Although he was young( er ),  in comparison to other artists, we knew Greg was someone we could relate too and more importantly share in the love of his work.
Since purchasing our first piece almost 10 years ago, we are now the extremely proud collectors of  over 15 Greg Kelsey’s.  Personally owning  “Age of Renegades",“ A Little Time Off”  and “ Drinking with the Ladies" we can say with great pride Greg ‘s  ability to capture movement, detail and the Natural Gesture of the subjects is second to none.  There are many nights I turn to admire one of Greg’s sculptures and I would swear the  Cowboys, Longhorn and Horses were  pulling a “Night at the Museum" on me.   With Greg’s sculptures  every single turn of the piece reflects an entirely different emotion.
Greg captures Bronc Riders, Longhorn Cattle and Horses in a way only a “ True“ Cowboy can. It doesn’t hurt when you  take that incredible talent and combine it with  his  pure Cowboy charm.   Anyone lucky enough to get a Kelsey Family Christmas card knows he couldn’t do what he does without the love and support from his beautiful wife and daughter.  Greg is one of those people who can make you smile even if things aren’t going as well as one would hope.  He can do it in conversation, but even better by simply sharing his energy and passion through his art work.  This passion for the West,  love of his family and God given talent are reflected in every Greg Kelsey creation."

“My wife and I are avid western art collectors. We first saw Greg Kelsey’s work several years ago at an expo and also got to meet him. The second we saw his work, we knew immediately he was an exceptionally talented artist. We are certainly far from being experts, but we do know outstanding art when we see it. Once you have seen Greg’s bronzes, everything else comes in second place. We have added Greg’s work to our collection and look forward to many more additions. The best part, he is a humble down to earth real American cowboy in the purest form.”
